Don Keesling, CPA, Partner
Don joined MMGC in 1996, became a Partner in 2004, and became Managing Partner in 2012. He specializes in individual and corporate income tax preparation, planning, audits, reviews, and compilations. Don provides public speaking engagements to professional organizations, including the 403(b) community, and has given lectures at San Diego State University. In addition, he worked for Knott’s Berry Farm in Buena Park, CA for 15 years.

Stephen Dawson, CPA, Managing Partner
Stephen joined MMGC in 2006 and became Partner in 2010. He specializes in individual and corporate income tax preparation and planning. He has represented hundreds of clients in IRS and FTB audits and collections matters. Stephen also provides public speaking engagements to professional organizations and has been involved with local community organizations, serving as treasurer for several boards.

Jose Santos, CPA, Partner
Jose joined MMGC as a Partner in 2024. He specializes in all areas of taxation including individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts. Jose is bilingual in Spanish and English and uses his language skills to assist clients in understanding and resolving their tax and accounting needs. He is dedicated to helping clients meet their financial goals both in and out of the office.

Lyle Pierceall, CPA, Retired, Of Counsel
Lyle joined MMGC in 1974 and became Partner in 1980. He served as Managing Partner from 1990 to 2004 before retiring as a Partner in 2010. Lyle continues to provide services as Of Counsel to MMGC, advising on tax planning and compliance issues. He has been heavily involved in community organizations, serving on numerous boards and committees in the Coachella Valley.
