Don Keesling, CPA, Managing Partner
Don joined MMGC in 1990, became Partner in 2008, and became Managing Partner in 2023. He specializes in all areas of taxation including individual, corporate, partnership, and charitable trusts. Don also provides estate planning and administrative services. Prior to joining MMGC, he worked for Kroichick Accountancy Corporation in San Diego.

Stephen Dawson, CPA, Partner
Stephen joined MMGC in 2009 and became Partner in 2020. He specializes in all areas of taxation including individual, fiduciary, corporate, partnership, like-kind exchanges, and foreign reporting. Stephen also provides tax planning and tax research services. Stephen has been a resident of the Coachella Valley since 1995 and enjoys spending time with this wife and four children when out of the office.

Lyle Pierceall, CPA, Retired, Of Counsel
Lyle joined MMGC in 1974 and became Partner in 1980. He served as Managing Partner from 2002-2004. He specializes in auditing and accounting for nonprofit organizations, agricultural companies, homeowner associations and construction and development companies. Lyle also provides tax planning and compliance services for individuals and businesses as well as estate planning and administration services.

David Suss, CPA, Retired, Of Counsel
David joined MMGC in 1997 and became Partner in 2003. He served as Managing Partner from 2004-2011. Beginning in July 2013 David works with MMGC on an “Of Counsel” basis. He specializes in individual income taxation, personal financial planning and tax and business consulting. Prior to joining MMGC, David practiced in Rochester, New York for twenty-five years where he served as partner in two locally based CPA firms. David has taught accounting, tax, business and investment courses at universities and colleges in New York and California and is a frequent speaker and broadcast guest for programs throughout the Coachella Valley.
